About This Tool

This audio-to-text converter uses OpenAI's advanced AI models to transcribe your audio files with high accuracy. Your files are processed securely and are not stored on our servers after transcription.

For large audio files over 25MB, the file will be automatically split into smaller chunks and processed sequentially. Each chunk is sent to OpenAI's API separately and the results are combined.

Note: M4A files must use the AAC codec (not Apple Lossless/ALAC). If you're having trouble with an m4a file, try converting it to MP3.
